At Luis Nieves – LNMO Caribbean, we are committed to providing a transparent and supportive environment as you pursue your professional goals. Our fulfillment policy is designed to clearly communicate expectations and ensure that every student is fully informed regarding our procedures for course access, cancellations, and refunds.

Upon enrollment, students receive immediate access to their courses, seminars, or programs using their registered email address. The duration of access to course materials is determined by the terms specified at the time of purchase. While occasional delays may occur, Luis Nieves ensures that services are provided accurately and within 24 to 72 business hours, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and terms.

All sales of digital products and services—including online courses, virtual seminars, digital subscriptions, consulting, coaching, and content creation—are considered final due to the nature of the content. Full refunds are not offered unless required by law. In exceptional cases where Luis Nieves must cancel a course due to extraordinary circumstances, students may select one of the following options: a partial refund (with a $150 administrative fee deducted), a rescheduled course, or an alternative course. Please note that any refund processing may take up to 30 business days.

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, students should notify the university by emailing luisnievespr@outlook.com Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 30 business days.

For technical assistance, students can contact the support team via email at luisnievespr@outlook.com or WhatsApp at 787-942-5858. Technical support is available Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Students may request a course extension before their access expires. The fee for a 90-day extension is $95. If course access has expired within the past year, a 90-day extension can be requested for $150. Payments should be made at https://pay.me/luisnievesinstitute via ATH Móvil to 787.942.5858 (Luis Nieves).

Courses and seminars at Luis Nieves University are regularly updated to ensure content remains current and relevant. Active students will be notified of any significant updates to their courses.

Student privacy is a top priority. For comprehensive details, students are encouraged to review the institution’s Privacy Policy.

All courses and educational content are provided exclusively in digital format. The university does not sell physical books or printed materials through its website.

By accessing the Luis Nieves website, users agree to the terms and conditions stated. The university does not offer legal, accounting, or tax advice through the website. All submitted information becomes institutional property of LNU and may be used accordingly. The website operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States federal government.

Certificates are issued digitally within 30 calendar days after a student completes all program requirements. Eligibility requires completion of all assignments with satisfactory performance, no outstanding balances, and submission of a valid government-issued ID to nievescerti@outlook.com. Students must meet academic standards as outlined in Rule 9101 of the Academic Standards, pursuant to Law 10 of 1994. Correction requests must be submitted in writing via email to nievescerti@outlook.com. Certificates remain valid for two years from the date of completion.

After receiving their certificate, students may enroll in the Puerto Rico Real Estate Licensing Examination by visiting https://revalidasonline.com.

—LNMO Caribbean Corp. holds accreditation from the Puerto Rico Department of State and the Board of Brokers, Salespersons, and Real Estate Schools. The institution is authorized under License CA-76 to offer official online preparatory courses, seminars, and programs for both new and renewal Puerto Rico Real Estate Licensing Examinations.
